Cooking Instructions
             For Best Results:   Always use a meat thermometer

Beef Tenderloin

Instructions for both whole tenderloin (~6 lbs.)
    or Filet Butt (~3 lbs.)

Bring Roast to room temperature

Preheat oven to 425°

Season to taste (i.e. salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)

Cook approximately 45-50 minutes to an internal temperature 140°

(for RARE which is recommended for a tenderloin)

Note: it will continue to cook for a couple of minutes outside of the oven

Prime Rib

Bring Roast to room temperature (~1 hour)

Preheat oven to 450° (for first 15 minutes of cooking, then 325°)

Season to taste (i.e. salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)

Place roast in pan with fatter side up, do not cover
